CassaOK is a digital tool that enables users to compare Swiss health insurers based on the information they enter. The service provides an initial personalised assessment of premiums and helps identify the options that, based on the entered parameters, are the most cost-effective.
To perform the comparison, the user enters information such as year of birth, postal code, current insurer, insurance model, accident cover, deductible, number of people and any additional data requested by the system. The system displays the available options corresponding to the parameters entered.
The result depends directly on the information entered, including age, postal code, deductible, accident cover, model, number of people and insurer. The user must ensure that the data is correct and up to date.
Premiums are calculated based on the information available at the time of the comparison. They do not constitute an absolute guarantee of the premium actually applied. Before taking out or changing coverage, the applicable conditions and the insurer’s official documentation must be checked.
“Most cost-effective” refers to the premium resulting from the comparison and does not necessarily mean “best” in every respect. The choice may also depend on the model, contractual conditions, deductible, coverage, services and personal needs.
At the end of the comparison, the user may request a personalised report sent to the specified email address, containing the information resulting from the processing and the available options.
Using the comparison tool and receiving the report do not constitute the conclusion of a contract and do not automatically modify the user’s coverage. Any subsequent requests are handled separately.
The user may request assistance relating to the result. Any subsequent insurance advice or intermediation is separate from the comparison tool’s automated processing.
Displaying a product, insurer, model or premium does not guarantee that the same option will remain available later. The result refers to the time of the comparison.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data. Incorrect, incomplete or outdated information may lead to results that do not correspond to the actual situation.
The comparison tool facilitates understanding of possible premium differences. The result does not constitute a binding recommendation or a guarantee that a solution is suitable for personal needs.
The information does not replace the insurer’s official documentation, contractual conditions or information provided directly by the insurer. In the event of discrepancies, the official documentation prevails.
The database may be updated periodically. Callenium may modify, suspend or discontinue features for technical, operational or regulatory reasons.
Use of CassaOK is free of charge and allows the user to compare health insurance policies based on the information entered in the comparison tool.
The user undertakes to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information and to use the service exclusively for lawful and personal purposes.
Use of CassaOK does not entail any obligation to take out an insurance policy, request advice or undertake any further activities with Callenium.
The comparison result and the related report are provided based on the data entered by the user and the information available at the time of processing. Use of the service does not guarantee the availability, price or contractual conditions of any particular insurer.
It is prohibited to use CassaOK for fraudulent, automated or abusive activities, to attempt to compromise the operation of the service or to access data or features not intended for the user.
Callenium may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, where this is necessary for technical, security, operational or regulatory reasons.
Use of CassaOK implies that the user has read these terms of use, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy applicable to the service.
